CLEVELAND, Tenn. (Sept. 18, 2009)—Eighteen area businesses, ranging from restaurants to marketers to business coaches and agriculturists, became new members of the Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce in August and September. “Successful businesses in our community understand that Chamber membership helps make sure that all Cleveland/Bradley County businesses advance and prosper,” Nancy Neal, vice president of communications, said. “And even in the midst of a depressed economy, area businesses continue to realize that Chamber membership is a sound business investment.” Neal continued, “Our newest members have joined hundreds of member businesses committed to promoting economic vitality and quality of life in our region. Equally important is that membership helps them grow their own business through networking, professional development through educational seminars, and the Chamber’s ongoing efforts in workforce development and existing industry programs.” The Chamber’s board of directors approves new members at its regular monthly meetings. New members and their business classifications approved at monthly meetings of the Chamber’s board of directors from July through September include the following: American Legion Post 81, Clubs & Organizations; Cariten Healthcare—A Humana Affiliate, Insurance; Chota Outfitters LLC, Embroidery; East-West Interseed, Agriculture; El Cazador Mexican Restaurant, Restaurants; and Family Home Care & Hospice, Home Health Services. Other new members include FunandFrugal.com, Advertising Online; Howard Computer Services Inc., Computers—Hardware, Software, Instruction, Repair; Pen and Ink Wordsmiths, Marketing; Smart PCS, Communications; Tres Amigos Mexican Restaurant, Restaurants; and ActionCoach of Chattanooga, Business Coaching. Also joining the Chamber are Asset Documentation Services, Records Storage; Cleveland Exit 20 LLC, Retail Property Management/Development; Land Development Solutions, Engineers; Ocoee River Outfitters Association, Whitewater Rafting; Office Coordinators Inc., Office Furnishings, Products & Machines; and Rentenbach Constructors Inc., Contractors—Commercial/Industrial/Residential.
