CLEVELAND, Tenn. (Aug. 21, 2008)—Thirty-nine area businesses and two affiliates, ranging from a dance studio and distributors to real estate agencies and restaurants to “geeks” and graphic designers, became new members of the Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce in recent months.

“Membership in the Chamber provides local business owners with a multitude of opportunities to better themselves and promote their businesses,” Cheryl Dunson, vice president of marketing for Santek Environmental, says. “The Chamber Coffees are excellent networking events, while the ongoing seminars and educational courses empower and equip business owners to reach their full potential.”

Dunson, who also chairs the Chamber’s Membership Development division for 2008, continued, “As a Chamber member, I enjoy receiving the monthly newsletter and learning about the latest economic and legislative events that can impact my business. The Chamber’s board of directors approves new members at their regular monthly meetings.

Other new members for 2008 include Chase Staffing Services, Employment Agencies & Services; Mar-Von Pest Control Co. LLC, Exterminators; One Moment Media, Graphic Arts & Design; People for Care & Learning, Churches & Ministries; and Tennessee Valley Bone & Joint, Physicians.
