The Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce is now accepting applications for the next class of Leadership Cleveland, one of the community’s most respected and impactful leadership development programs.

Now in its 42nd year, Leadership Cleveland brings emerging and established leaders together for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at the organizations, institutions, and decision-makers shaping the future of Cleveland and Bradley County. Through immersive monthly sessions, participants gain firsthand exposure to the inner workings of local government, education, healthcare, public safety, and more.

More than just a professional development program, Leadership Cleveland is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, expand perspectives, and develop the confidence and leadership skills needed to make a lasting impact in both career and community.

“Leadership Cleveland has long been one of the Chamber’s most transformational programs because it connects people to the heart of our community in ways few experiences can,” said Lisa Fain, Vice President of Operations for the Chamber and program coordinator. “Participants leave with a deeper understanding of what drives our region forward, valuable relationships with fellow leaders, and a renewed sense of purpose about how they can contribute to the future of our community.”

Leadership Cleveland alumni can be found in all avenues of leadership, including business executives, entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, educators, elected officials, and community advocates, all helping shape the growth and success of Bradley County.

Applications are now open, with the new class beginning this fall. Individuals interested in applying or nominating a candidate can learn more and access the application at https://bit.ly/LC2026_27. For more information, contact Lisa Fain, LFain@ClevelandChamber.com or (423) 472-6587.
