The Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the 2026–27 class of Leadership Cleveland, featuring 26 local professionals selected for the Chamber’s premier community leadership development program.
The 2026–27 class is the largest in the program’s history, bringing together professionals from a diverse range of businesses, nonprofits, educational institutions, financial organizations, and public entities throughout the Cleveland and Bradley County community.

Led by Lisa Fain, Vice President of Operations for the Chamber, Leadership Cleveland is designed to develop informed, engaged community leaders by providing participants with a deeper understanding of the people, organizations, and issues shaping the community.
Over the course of nine months, class members will participate in interactive sessions focused on areas including economic development, education, government, health care, tourism, community services, and quality of life. Through discussions with local leaders, behind-the-scenes tours and hands-on experiences, participants gain a broader perspective of the community while building relationships with fellow emerging leaders.
“Leadership Cleveland is about more than professional development. It’s about understanding the community we call home and building the relationships that allow us to make it stronger,” said Fain. “Having the largest class in the program’s history is a tremendous reflection of the depth of leadership we have in our community. We’re excited to bring these 26 individuals together, introduce them to different facets of Bradley County and see how they use what they learn to make an impact.” The Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce congratulates the 2026–27 Leadership Cleveland class and looks forward to the energy, perspective, and leadership they will bring to the program and the community.
