Industrial Park Information
Cleveland/Bradley County Industrial Park
Located 2.8 miles from Exit 20 on I-75, the community’s first public industrial park contains 330 acres and 34 manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and service companies. A Norfolk/Southern mainline serves the park and all utilities are available. There are 92 acres of privately owned lands available for development adjacent to the park.Â
Hiwassee River Industrial Park
Established in 1962, this 1,200+ acre public/private industrial area is located at Exit 33 on Interstate 75. The area is home to the Olin Chlor Alkali Products Division, GE Eastern Lighting Distribution Center, Wacker Chemical Company, Amazon Fulfillment Center CHA2, Solenis, Linde, Inc., Plug Power, Samson Controls, and Wright Brothers Construction Company, Inc. The area offers local industries nearby access to the Cleveland Regional Jetport, which opened in January 2013 and serves the need of general and business aviation users. There are approximately 300 acres of privately held lands available for development.Â
Spring Branch Industrial Park
Located at Exit 20 on Interstate 75, this 331-acre, 9-lot industrial park has water, sewer, natural gas, electricity, and fiber at each site. There are five remaining lots totaling 87 acres ranging in size from 7 to 38 acres that are restricted to manufacturing uses only. An adjoining 200 acres of privately held mixed industrial and commercial properties are also available for development between the park and the interstate.Â
Private Land
In addition to the industrial parks, we also work cooperatively with private landowners to make property available for industrial use.Â
